I tried to ring the Department of Work and Pensions regarding the fact my disabled Bus pass expires next week, and the only "evidence" of entitlement we have is dated the 12th of last March.
However, I scanned the letter, and uploaded it on the Travel South Yorkshire website, and they've just emailed me to say the application's failed because there's stuff wrong with the letter, and it's the only one we have that's even remotely recent because as far as I know, we did not get this year's letter in April.
The bloke at the DWP wouldn't talk to me though, I was telling him my name/address/date of birth/NI number etc, and like 98% of people on the phone, he did not understand my accent.
Therefore, is there a way to do it all online?
I am aware of Google.
